Parse.ly Analytics Demo
Thanks to all who attended our first (in a while) Parse.ly analytics demo. Parse.ly will be an in-CMS resource for all teams to do anything from taking a pulse check on site performance or doing a deeper dive. For anyone who didn’t attend or would like a refresher, review the demo screen recording and resources below.

Digiday Publishing Summit Vendor Recon
Geneva, J.D. and Caitlyn attended the Digiday Publishing Summit for face-to-face workshops and meetings with fellow publishers, platforms, and tech vendors. We booked productive meetings with

, two programmatic agencies, and numerous other audience engagement and monetization vendors. These meetings have brought us closer to the goal of finalizing our new tech and vendor stack by mid-July.
Component Audit and Workshops
The new site architecture builds off of a series of technical components — headlines, images, ad slots, and modules — that come together to create the backend and frontend of our homepage, articles, and more. Through a series of async and in-person workshops, Joe, Eric, Caitlyn, and Jack are creating an inventory of all CMS components used by Editorial, Commerce, and GPS templates to bring us to the design stage. After an initial scope and feasibility audit from 10Up, we’ll open up the feedback round with team leads.
Next Up
Feature prioritization: Thanks to all who submitted ideas to our Wayfinder CMS brainstorm list. Over the next two weeks, team leads will be asked to review these requests and prioritize them for development.
