G-Shock Redefines Tough With Brand-New GA-V01 Series in partnership with g-shock
This watch may not look like your typical G-Shock — but to be fair, it doesn’t look like any other watch in existence. The brand-new GA-V01 Series is an exercise in not judging a book by its cover: its existence redefines a category. The GA-V01 is the result of asking, “How can ‘tough’ be redefined?” By marrying an oversized, organic aesthetic with uncompromising components and capable new technology, G-Shock is raising the bar, and redefining tough. The GA-V01’s analog-digital combination face uses a layered construction, incorporating a metallic dial with openwork (a design technique that creates decorative, see-through sections on the watch) and a full-screen LCD.
