This week, there was no shortage of thoughtful conversation about the deeper side of photography.
On our side, the team shared their impressions after experiencing Japan's photo culture firsthand. We also looked into the striking wildlife images (and gear) of a fellow community member and asked a deceptively simple question at the center of it all: What does “image quality” actually mean today?
On the gear front, we put two new lenses through their paces with fresh sample galleries from Tamron and Sigma.
And for those looking to get involved, our latest photo challenge — focused on “night lights” — is now open for submissions.
As always, thanks for supporting our work and being a part of the DPReview community.
